To ensure smooth order processing and reduce fake or unconfirmed orders, ZipMyKart requires a very small amount upfront as a partial COD amount to confirm all Cash on Delivery purchases.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

The partial COD amount will be non-refundable in the following cases:

  1. Customer refuses to receive the order at the time of delivery
  2. Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address resulting in the parcel not being delivered
  3. Customer is not reachable (phone switched off, not responding to calls/messages) after multiple delivery attempts
  4. Customer fails to accept delivery within the courier partner’s delivery timeline
  5. Customer requests cancellation after the order has been shipped

    Please Note: At ZipMyKart, we use multiple notification methods including call attempts, WhatsApp automation, and IVR systems to proactively inform customers about their purchase and We provide multiple tracking options so you can track your order in real time for a smoother, more transparent delivery experience, as part of our commitment to providing the best possible service.


Refundable Scenarios

The partial COD amount will be 100% refundable in the following cases:

  1. The product is successfully delivered and then returned as per ZipMyKart’s official Return & Refund Policy
  2. The order is not delivered due to an issue from our logistics partner, including:

  • Shipment lost in transit
  • Delivery failure due to courier error
  • Order marked as delivered but not received by the customer
  • Excessive delivery delays caused by the courier partner, resulting in the parcel not being delivered


3. All prepaid orders are eligible for a 100% refund in any of the scenarios mentioned above, as per ZipMyKart’s Return & Refund Policy.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please refuse to accept it if possible, and contact us immediately at our Email info@zipmykart.com . If you have already accepted it, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, and send them to us immediately.
Missing Package: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within e.g., 3-5 days] of the stated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided.
